Manage billing & invoices (Employer)
Update payment method, download invoices, change or cancel plan.
Overview
Use the Customer Portal to update your card, view past invoices, or cancel your subscription.
Steps
- In the app, go to Dashboard → Sidebar and click Manage billing.
- In the Portal:
- Payment method: Add or replace your card.
- Invoices: Open any invoice and Download PDF.
- Plan: Cancel (cancels at the end of the current period).
- Click Back to ConstructPro to return to your account.
FAQ
- I get a 404 — Make sure you’re signed in and your subscription exists.
- Card keeps failing — Try another card or contact your bank, then retry in the Portal.
- Need a refund? — See the Refunds policy.
