Manage billing & invoices (Employer)

Update payment method, download invoices, change or cancel plan.

Overview

Use the Customer Portal to update your card, view past invoices, or cancel your subscription.

Steps

  1. In the app, go to Dashboard → Sidebar and click Manage billing.
  2. In the Portal:
    • Payment method: Add or replace your card.
    • Invoices: Open any invoice and Download PDF.
    • Plan: Cancel (cancels at the end of the current period).
  3. Click Back to ConstructPro to return to your account.

FAQ

  • I get a 404 — Make sure you’re signed in and your subscription exists.
  • Card keeps failing — Try another card or contact your bank, then retry in the Portal.
  • Need a refund? — See the Refunds policy.
