Search by trade, skills, years of experience, and location. Save promising profiles to a shortlist.

Steps

1. Open Search and pick a trade (e.g., Concrete, Electrical, Carpentry).
2. Add skills and optional experience or certifications filters.
3. Set location and radius (or enable remote/relocation).
4. Click a profile to view details; use Save to shortlist to keep track.

Tips

• Combine skills (e.g., Concrete + Formwork) for tighter results.
• Use availability to prioritize ready-to-start candidates.
